Adventure Session at Cornet Falls in Telluride Colorado

Back in June, Nate and I shot an awesome wedding in Telluride (see more of it here!) and the day after the wedding, we decided to be tourists and explore some cool spots we'd heard about. We went to Bridal Veil Falls and another lesser known waterfall called Cornet Falls. The waterfall runs over red sandstone walls and into a small pool below. The tall canyon walls with deep red shadows had me entranced and I reached out on Instagram to call out some dates and see if anyone wanted to book a shoot with us there. Elisa replied to my story and said they would love to shoot. She's a photographer also so I asked if she'd be down to trade shoots and potentially make some more creative work. I think I got lucky because I could not have asked for better models than Elisa & Jacob.

A shot list, some underexposure, a little bit of grain, and getting a tad too close for comfort. Here's to making work that makes me feel a certain kind of way.
