luxury wedding on the Northern California coast

TIMBER COVE, CA –

I am, of course, biased here but there really is nothing quite like standing on the rocky edge of a cliff in Northern California. Nate and I said our vows in a place much like this one too. When Ronnie + Ben told us their vision for their day, we were a quick YES.

On a typical summer day on the Pacific coast the air will shift in drafts of warm, humid sunshine and cool, foggy breezes. Sometimes this change in temperature will produce pockets of clouds, which, if you’re lucky, will result in the most magnificent sunsets of glittery light dancing across the ocean and with vibrant colors in the cloudy fog. Today was one of those days.

The morning was chilly, moody, foggy, and just before the ceremony, the air cleared and warm sun lit up our bodies as we watched Ronnie + Ben say their vows. Their pups rested in the flowers nearby.

And with a romantic, string-lit tent shielding us from the chill, we ended the evening sipping champagne, then dancing in the lodge, throwing streamers and eating cake til the wee hours.

Thank you for the memories, R+B. How fun to watch you and those pups become a family together.
